If Britain made peace in 1940 and the Japanese had honored the tripartite pact and attacked the Soviet Union in 1941, he could have won imo.

As for strategic decisions the Germans could have made, I think if Barbarossa had been planned to focus on the Caucasus oil fields with Moscow and Leningrad being secondary objectives, Germany could have been able to wage long-term war of attrition with the Soviets and eventually outmaneuver and destroy them, with the Luftwaffe and Panzer Corps being at max strength thanks to Caucasian oil.

If the confederates in the USA would've of won in the Civil War then Germany would of won ww2 because then the usa would have so many political differences between Germany and The confederation,also maybe if Japan hadn't started bombing Boats from the USA and they had waited instead there would of been more chance of the Axis winning ww2
