i guess being ugly doesnt help my case but adhd makes me sensitive so i respond and the more that i do the worse it gets

ADHD is a normalfag illness like depression and anxiety. IIRC like 10-15% of the population has it. Unless you have an extremely bad case of it, I'm pretty sure you're just ugly and lying to yourself.
