I've been more reclusive lately

I pretty much don't really have much of a reason to go outside, there's nothing out there for me.

I don't really bother going on walks around what little nature there is here because I've walked down them many, many times and I have no one to go with.

The only times I go outside is when I have a meeting at probation, or when I do a food shop, or going to soup kitchens or going to the bank to pay my bills and rent.

Do you really have nowhere to go? How about maybe exploring those places of your city/town/whatever you've never seen? Perhaps being a witness to the space around you can be a good enough reason to go out... Or I'm just blabbering. Maybe riding around on a bike if you can. Idk.

I have no family or friends in the town where I live, I don't even come from here.

I also willingly cut contact with my family years ago because they were dossers and assholes who only care about themselves

I don't have a bike, and I'm pretty cautious about getting one because I don't want to get hit by a car and my areas full of crackheads and smackheads.
They'll steal anything to pawn off so they can get their fix, even if I put a lock on the bike

Same, I only leave my apartment for class but when it's summer when I don't have anything to do I just don't leave.
