I see no changes waking in the morning and ask myself is life worth living or should I blast myself ? I'm tired of being poor even worse I am a balkan mongrel.

You should not blast yourself dude at least in 2026 we have so many copes at our disposal. If you can find something you really enjoy and can put effort into over time life is not so bad

all copes eventually run out

I mean yeah everything is finite but copes that require continuous effort (career, fitness, or pursuing high effort hobbies like music) are bigger timesinks so you spend less time with existential dread and more time pursuing something else. They're "surrogate activities" sure but the best kind IMO

I would rather kill myself than do any of those tbh

Give some examples of worthwhile copes

Anything high effort.. like exercising to feel physically good instead of like shit every day. Or learning musical instruments like guitar or keyboard. Or deep learning into an intellectual topic like philosophy or hard sciences like physics or engineering. Turn your suffering into something expressive like visual art. People respect that. I know it's easier said than done as I'm just figuring this out in practice as a fully grown 28 year old man who wasted most of his life doing bullshit that I thought I had to do

Good for you for doing stuff. I have been wanting to exercise I have to bite the bullet soon. Do you do art?

Nah but I'm getting deeper into music and booked a space to rent to start a band and get serious. I've been doing the gym shit for a few years and have a decent physique albeit a bit skinny but I just do weightlifting as a supplement now and focusing on improving my cardio. I've been playing guitar for years but sucked because I was simply lazy
