idk what to do, I have to stay up until it's finished to drink my protein shake, but I don't want to stay awake until 3 am. I gotta wake up early tomorrow
the muscle rebuilds itself during sleep, so if I go to sleep now it'll rebuild itself, but enough because it's missing enough protein to fully rebuild. So if I drink it tomorrow it'll only affect muscle rebuilding the next time I go to sleepcan't you just skip it today and drink the protein shake tomorrow?

back when I was bulking I used to just put a full 30g spoon into about 100ml max of milk and ex it.It's just a one time thing. You might need to bite the bullet and just do it. Remember lack of sleep isn't good for building muscle either
