He was never one to post anything edgy, he'd usually just post about surgery maxxing and what not. Bunch of dumb IT users making assumptions when they clearly know nothing about him.

In their eyes anybody that's an incel will always be horrible no matter what they do. They'll excuse or explain any vitriol that's directed at an incel and contort anything that an incel does as bad. They truly are a cult not us.
