Is Watch Dogs 2 worth playing ?

I got it some years ago for free on Epic and today i tried it for the first time. The controlling is a little complicated for my taste and i ragequitted after a security guard spotted me. Should i give the game another chance or does the game suck ?

Its almost impossible to avoid globohomo im modern games and WD 2 isnt as bad compared to other games,but i get where you come from
