Cope Is Verbal IQ Just Regurgitating Information?

I was rated as having above average vocabulary on a neuropsych exam, but had only avereage or below average scores for the rest of the sections, and I once scored only 87 for performance IQ on an IQ test done by a psychiatrist! Does this mean I'm just a savant that's good at passing tests in a classroom, but practically retarded for real life? I notice many normies also still seem to be too stupid to tell the difference between education and actual intelligence.
