Lol, what a risk Putin will not use nuclear weapons, since it most likely has not been serviced since the collapse of the USSR, and the money for its maintenance was stolen. And yes, Putin would rather hit Russia to scare the world, as the late Prigozhin predicted.

Everything in Russia has been stolen, 90% of nuclear missiles and bombs are probably even inoperable due to widespread theft and corruption.

They may have the know-how, but they are in position to erect relevant facilities. Remember how easy it was for Israel to launch strikes against potential nuclear arms developing centers in Iraq, Iran? And Ukraine is entirely dependent on the western support, both that of the US as well as the EU. None of these actors would let them de facto pull out of NPT, and the entire territory of Ukraine is under close surveillance of Western secret services. Ain't gonna happen.
