For example, "drinking underage", is vague, because drinking age can vary by country. On top of that, if someone says it's immoral, they are conflating morality with legality, which is obviously stupid. You could probably apply this to other laws as well. Then of course the term "underage" is thrown around without even referring to the activity or what specific age, so it becomes even more vague. @Sheogorath

I'm referring to stuff like this:
my friend said he didn't know people's ages because no-one has an age number on their shirt and also mentioned how he's never dated that much before but the host just said "but you're a grown ass man and these are 19 year old underage teenagers and you can't talk like this to 18 to 21 year olds."
 
Kemper's friend probably meant that being 18-21 is still under the drinking age of 21 years.
 
"18-21" presumably means in the interceding years
even so, what's the point of him saying "underage" in regards to why it's supposedly not okay to talk to them, if it's the drinking age, not the talking age.
