i want to say that deaths would be avoided if he met her before going ER but she probably did those videos either for attention or hybristophiliamaxxing.
To be honest even if they had met and formed a relationship I think she would have struggled to deal with his extreme autism and narcissism and it probably wouldn't have been the fairytale they would have envisaged. If it culminated in her breaking up with him that would probably have triggered him to do what he did.
