I get crazy urges to hurt bad parents, especially mothers

Today I was walking behind a mother and daughter (prob 3yo). The girl didn't do anything wrong but she is a slow walker and was lagging behind the mom. So the mom started yelling at her "MOVE. I have responsibilities I need to attend to. You're so annoying". Then the little girl statted crying and said "I'm angry". The mother said "You're angry? How dare you, I should be angry. You're worthless."

I wanted to cave her skull in so bad. I was seething and this never happens. I've had the same feeling in similar situations before. This is not me being a moralfag, it's me wanting to take out anger due to my own childhood experience. The daughter will one day be a "bpd slut", over for her. I wish I could take out parents like this(low iq + arrogant + abusive combo), Dexter style. Would never akshually do it though.

Whenever I go outside I see parents with phones in their hand not minding their children, or smoking near them, or just generally mistreating them, and I wanna dismember them right then and there holy fuck. Same with these new neighbors coming in, they shout and threaten their children every time they come here I'm fuming every time it happens

Children are the ones who should be treated best, but it is pretty much always the complete opposite of that. It's no wonder that the world is upside down.
