Only recently I understood why almost all adults past the age of 25 or 30 just don't do anything new anymore in their lives. And why they're not getting excited over anything, why they have no goals or aspirations in life. It's because there really isn't anything to do once your youth is gone. Nothing comes close to all the experiences a normal human has when he grows up. The only thing left is to pass on your acquired knowledge to future generations, ideally your own kids. I guess that's probably the only fulfilling thing someone can do past the age of 25. Provided he reached the previous milestones that are necessary for normal development like having sex, getting respected in your community and having a partner.
