Serious Is it worth getting cosmetic surgery if you'll still be ugly?

I can almost afford a nose job. But that isn't going to help my balding, droopy eyelids, slack jaw mouth breathing, etc. Nearly everything about me that can be ugly is ugly and I don't even think there are surgeries to fix all the problems I have. Should I just accept my fate as an ugly male and lock myself inside at all times?

Not worth it. You will still have a really hard time attracting women. It's better to use that money to buy some good escorts

I wouldn't go that far tho but yeah, if isn't going to make that of difference there's really no point in getting it.

However imho all issues you mentioned seem pretty "treatable" (finasteride for balding, canthoplasty for eyes, bimax for jaw/implants), if you're willing to pay the price
