but keep your brain healthy. I think the whole idea that loneliness kills faster than cigs are made up by normies. Yes, it's kinda true, but I believe that chronic social failure damages brain even more, so being socially isolated is a better alternative
But we need to counter bad side effects caused by loneliness, but I don't know how

It's possible yes

anyway i have no choice, being isolated from society sure damages your brain but being around normies is even worse

I think my brain is relatively healthy. Not sure how I managed to accomplish this though

total social isolation I say no.
I live isolated and can spend days without talking to anyone, and it takes a toll

A lot of that is men's unwillingness to go to the doctor when they have a health issue. Also if they're old and fall down or have some other health emergency. And of course suicide.

I would be more happy if I was able to get rid of reference frame aka soyciety

Fakecel if you’re not socially isolated

Here's what I do:

- read
- watch videos
- play games
- draw
- write
- spend the entire day walking around with no direction.
- meditate / pray

Don't get much social interaction and I'm perfectly fine.

not unless it's your first nature and just basically voluntary, which it isnt if you're an inkie. like a chad hermit can be mntally healthy because he likes it, pretending to like being alone is cope

it's a popular bullshit that being socially isolated can damage the brain i'm a neet and i only go out of the house if it's absolutely necessary and i've never suffered for my "loneliness", in fact the longer i stay alone the better i feel. i think i'm the exception that proves the rule lmao

If you get NEETbux or are self employed- yeah. Most people have to go into the rat race at some point though.

If you're totally isolated and have no points of reference the you can try to have healthy brain.

But living in so-called soyciety, seeing "people" everyday and seeing their disgust etc then it's very unlikely to stay sane.

Maybe for a small percentage of people, but humans are meant to socialize with each other. Obviously there's alot of people that aren't worth interacting with but I think it's important to have friendship for your mental well-being
