Employers hire ethnics because it's cheaper, they might not know their rights well, they're loyal and could be manipulated easier so they won't lose their permit to stay in the country and it's easier to get rid of them. That's how it is at least in Finland. Natives struggle to find any employment while they're replaced with foreigners who don't even speak english, meanwhile native finns cannot move even to Sweden because whites are required to know the language basically in every job.
