Is it even possible to get a job in 2025?

Dude i got a job 7 months ago and have worked up to near full time hours. Just get a warehouse job like UPS,GXO,Fedex,Amazon etc. Those jobs have high turnover rates and plenty of unwanted men like us aren't working. There is no shortage of needed labor. Once u get the job u need to invest half of your income dont be a degen who works for 20 years and has nothing. U won't have bills.
The irony of your username. I’ve worked plenty of warehouse jobs but most if not all were temporary and those are primarily what I apply for. Do you think I’m applying for goddamn office jobs? NO ONE IS HIRING ME. What’s so hard to understand about that?

with engagement rate (i don't know that term) do you mean the number of invitations to talk about the job, after the application letter?
With engagement rate i mean positive responses to the application, like an invitation to a job interview or a phone call

No, there are too many immigrants stealing our jobs and the minimum wage is too high so we don't get hired.

A recruitment agency will get you factory work the next day. Shitty minimum wage jobs are easy to get.

Just apply on indeed bro. Have connections. Send out your application to thousands of places and do thousands of interviews. Stand outside their office building for hours and ask the workers walking in and out the building if they can hire you

Make you're own job.

Trim trees
Now yards
Paint walls
Etc

Don't know i will ever get a 'job'. I don't like leaving my home. I don't have motivation to leave my bed. I don't like being around others. I don't ever wanna work. Just Thinking about it me makes me angry and wanting to kms.

I got super lucky with mine

30 applications is nothing.
Which is fucking sad and tells you the absolute state of society and the workforce. The job market has always been - and always will be (I hope I'm wrong) - a seller's market.

be a handyman
And don't be afraid to overcharge...

I knew a dude that bought lots of cars trucks and a house, mowing lawns...

No lawn less than $50 usd. X every two months? Lots of customers?

It adds up fast

Give me the money for the tools I need and maybe I can
You can use theirs at first... To get the money to buy you're own.

You're ad could look like this...

"Rent a son" to do chores!

I will use you're lawnmower / weedeater to mow yer yard for you! Reasonable rates...

If you're desperate, there is working with the elderly as an HHA. They take any warm body, especially now with the aging population. 3 week training course then you start. 2-12 hours shifts. The problem is the clients you'd be working with, a lot of old/disabled people can be unpleasant.

Get a job so u could be next bill gates they said.
