I have barely slept since new year, around 3 hours per night on average, only 1 hour last night, 2 night of no sleep at all.
Its been almost 2 weeks and it doesn't get any better.
I dont know what to do. :cryfeels:

Have you always had trouble sleeping or did this just randomly become worse?
 
Not much really, I also have a problem with insomnia and had it since I was young. Sleep deprivation is a bitch, you're constantly fatigued

That sucks, is there anything different about how you're sleeping now, like are you worried about something or have you had a change in circumstances/habits? Or is there no difference from when you could sleep but now it just doesn't happen?
 
My sleep schedule is always fucked. Because I NEET and basically do fuck all day.

Working out, eating healthy and having your last meal long before your sleeping time helps a bit.
 
Bro i had the same problem 2 weeks ago. Never had any issues with sleep ever before. I figured that i couldn't go to sleep because of the fear of not being able to go to sleep itself and formed a vicious cycle. You probably just had a bad night of sleep for whatever reason which made you overthink about developing insomnia which then made you even more anxious. And it's very hard to sleep when your heart is racing all the time. You are fine, there is nothing wrong with you. Stop looking up online for solutions and focus on your copes.

Sleep is important, also for metabolism.
Sleep debt isn't paid back with 1 or 2 nights of sleep where you crash for 15 hours like I always used to think. It's a gradual process. I'm 1 month in and still having a solid 8-10 hours sleep per night after I completely ruined my sleep schedule a month ago by doing the same as you. But I was doing it willingly.

I already eat somewhat healthy but I will try to eat earlier, and yes, I should work out more, but my job is already physical so I'm too tired to do so. I will still try though ok.

After 1 month I still feel that feeling on my chest, that heavy feeling of 'go to sleep now let your body rest' in the evening, I hope you know what I mean. It was a symptom when I was sleep deprived and I still sometimes have it, not every day but sleep deprivation makes me miserable. Especially if you have daily activities, a schedule or are an athlete or whatever you may be, you must have at least 8 hours of sleep daily. I try to go to bed early and aim for 9-10.

Yes, I know what it's like. I suppose it's difficult to force yourself to go to bed when you haven't accomplished anything during the day. I want to stay up because I'm not satisfied with my day, not realizing staying up will only make the following day even worse.

You want to tire yourself out that's why I picked up running years ago, preferably outside too. But with you it might be more medical. How are you not able to sleep after all this. I remember that I stayed up 1 day after skipping a night and I slept 17 hours the next day.

I think I was stressed a lot, I could not stop worrying about various things. I'm better now, I can sleep more, thankfully.
 
I have some version of insomnia too. Cannot sleep more than 5 hours in a stretch. I think my braincells are dying
 
Update: I collapsed at work and a coworker drove me home. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow.

I got a bunnch of shitty sleep problems too from insomnia to sleep paralysis its always a night mare and even when i do get sleep its never refreshing

I can't do anything, I can barely stand up.
Very, very brutal.
 
I legit dont wanna live anymore because of insomnia. Forget my height or my ugly face for a second, if i could at least get high quality sleep, i would be able to cope a lot better

I wake crying at 2am again. I should just kill myself if this keeps going honestly.
