Your sense of humor is literally a construction for yourself, that only YOU personally understand truly, yet you still attempt to pass off this internally constructed sense of humor on other people because you lack the depth of life experience and maturity (despite being 44) to connect with others without using this crutch of this weird internal world you constructed only for yourself.

I think Elon is like this too, Though he breeds massively, so it's not an exclusively incel thing.

I think my sense of humor is literally just bigotry. I think bigotry is funny because I experience it all the time, so if I just say bigoted things irresponsibly and people get offended it's funny because I'm making fun of things they have no control over. When things aren't fair, it's funny. I think stupid is funny. Tits and beer go together like alcoholism and being cool. I think punching down is always funnier than punching up or punching sideways.

A stupid joke is always funnier than a smart joke. But even then I hate the idea of a joke. Humor to me is more about who you embody than what you actually say. To me a person in and of themselves are never funny, except in rare cases, but it's usually just how they are day-to-day can be funny.

Here's what I don't think is funny:
1. A new yorker cartoon, or puzzles. They aren't funny, they are making fun of LOW IQ people that don't get it
2. Cringe. While I like cringe, I don't think it's funny because it's making fun of losers.
3. Females, or cute. Just never funny.
4. high-energy. high energy is offensive to my senses, so I never find high-energy things funny.

I hate when they make their stupid, unfunny jokes that they repeated a billionth time and expect you to laugh every single time

the problem with jokes is that it should be done solely for the purposes of obtaining power, otherwise it's just an awkward waste of time.

A joke without gambling with power is literally flat

Trump came into power solely due to his ability to roast his competitors.

Like just saying simple phrases like "Low Energy Jeb"

"Gulf of America"

"Ted Cruz's wife is ugly"

"Little Marco"

It's not laugh out loud funny, but it makes you smile because there's an element of truth and bombastic absurdity to it, and it sticks. And his delivery is a huge part of it. It's super important to come across as chill, unfazed, and bombastic. Otherwise, no matter how good your writing is, it won't land in a power sense, because you're too attached to the stakes.

Trump doesn't say anything neutral or nuanced, because it has no POLARIZATION. Polarization is the chef's kiss of humor. When you are polarizing people listen, because everyone is a little fucked up, they admire those who are brave enough to say something they are thinking, but lack the courage to say, so they admire the risks you take. Trump has carefully cultivated his sense of humor and brand image to be completely bulletproof shield, even after literally getting shot, he gets right back up playing to an audience. He's the main character, and you're in for the ride, not because he's a smart or competent guy, but literally because of all the drama he causes.

This is another reason why typical libshit humor doesn't land that well, because punching "up" or at people that can't punch back (like with female comics) lacks an inherent sense of daring, or creative risk taking, because it's such an obvious target. It's easy, and lazy to make humor from a moral standpoint.

Another important element:

You have to know who you are. Elon for instance. I see that he really tries hard to be a funny guy, but it never lands because I really think he lacks the awareness that he's the most powerful man in America. He can't get away with Heiling Hitler as a joke, because doing that (even just to troll, which I think was his intention) as someone that powerful seems incredibly threatening to most people. But he can get away with it in terms of it not affecting his power, because he owns the entire platform of the right. Even AIPAC is sucking up to him.

When Kanye does Nazi shit, it's hillarious because he's black, and you can clearly see how easily the Jews kneecap him, so it never feels like he's harming people. He's only harming himself

My sense of humor is talking about Geoffrey Leonard

My sense of humor is people getting hurt in a funny way

They are cringe because of the falsehood of their interactions
