Because you aren't retarded so you can laugh with people and you aren't a genius so you can make people laugh. In terms of humor, you just kinda exist until you stumble upon a normie who deemed the last joke you told funny and repeats it moments later to astounding success. Or worse, the normie finds your face ugly and then you're the joke.

I didn't say being an incel is joyless because there are funny incels, but I don't really think funny midwits exist.

I agree humor is important, in the sense that you can find things funny. I don't see why making others laugh matters so much though? If it's important to you then fair enough ig, but i don't think that's a universal thing all incels care about.

I think being funny has less to do with intelligence (or IQ score for that matter, I'm retarded enough to consider that separate from intelligence) and more to do with being neurodivergent enough to have humour as one of your foremost interests in life. As for actually making people making peope laugh, that's a whole different issue since what's considered funny is 100% subjective.

It is important to remember that many foids instinctively laugh at Chad's jokes because he made their pussy tingle, and not because he actually said anything even remotely funny. With normies it's more or less the same, people will laugh at any "joke" you make because they instinctually feel the need to.

The thing with making people laugh is that there's no way to not demean yourself when doing it as an incel. Chads and normies can get laughs out of simply ribbing or outright bullying men below them on the pecking order all day (verbally or physically), but the only resort incels have is to make a complete fool out of themselves (i.e. jestermaxxing). It's a great way to get blackpilled early in life, but people pointing and laughing *at* you gets old after a while so I wouldn't recommend it.

It's only worth it to show your true power level to a fellow incel if you're lucky enough to meet one, and even it's quite unlikely for them to share your sense of humour. If you can find things you yourself is funny, or even make yourself laugh every now and then I'd say that you're in a pretty good spot for a person with our life circumstances.
