What voice do you use for your internal dialogue, because for me it's my own voice, and it sounds the same when I'm talking to other people too.

In fact your thread is confusing to me because from my perspective having so much internal dialogue is the reason why I can speak so well even though I spent most of my time in my room never talking to other people. I'm pretty much simulating conversations all the time in my mind and practicing my flow of speech, etc, without even realizing it.

Unless you are leaving out something obvious like you have a legit speech impediment. In that case of course your internal speech will be better than your external.
