Seriously, I feel hungry all the time. I eat around 2000-2500 calories but man, I always want more afterwards. I have a decent metabolism but it's so slow :cryfeels:

I eat organic stuff, ezekial bread and chicken breasts. Apparently, the carnivore diet and RAWcarnivore diet are better but I don't really know why? Like, can anyone here tell me reason why specifically cutting out all carbs and veggies is better? Anyway, I do workout, but if I eat anymore then 2500 I gain weight despite being hungry. What a pain in the rear end.
 
carbs are not bad. veggies are tho because we cant digest them, they have no nutritional value and have toxins which harm us. try to stop eating them and see how you feel
 
Not so much, I eat a lot when I'm really stressed. If I'm at home I basically don't eat anything since I don't need the energy for it.

I take a multivitamin pill though. It has all the nutrients and plus, I track exactly what I eat and I hardly miss out on any nutrients.

bread is terrible. any kind. chicken breasts are better but you should eat more fatty meat and organs

sure youll decrease the amount of toxins but it still has no nutrients and still hard to digest because of the fiber + youll also get less from other food if you eat it together

Do I need to eat Raw Meat or just meat in general? What about milk? I heard raw milk was good?

Then eat more, I have to eat 3500-4000 a day and it’s hard to eat so much. I wish I only needed 2500 to maintain a reasonable body weight tbh

Fiber is needed for a good gestational track I had thought? It's not "needed" sure but I think that fiber is a good gut biome reinforce?

well you dont "need" it, you dont even need meat. you can survive on a vegan diet. but youll get more nutrients if its raw. try cooking it less, keep the inside raw as a start and with milk its the same youll get more nutrients. read about aajonus vonderplanitz if you want to get into it and decide for yourself

I do have some raw ground beef or liver, I think. I'm pretty sure I need to cut it up into small pieces, right? Does sticking into the freezer change anything? I'll try this, honestly. i havent tried raw chicken myself you should be more careful with it because it is more likely to be toxic from the shit theyre fed but whichever meat youre gonna eat make sure the animals dont get antibiotics and are grass fed. you can cut it up, just bite into it or blend it it doesnt matter. freezing destroys some of the nutrients i heard but its not comparable to cooking. you can eat fruits for carbs but the fruit you buy at the store is obviously terrible because of the shit they spray onto it

no leaving it at room temperature doesnt do anything. i havent had any stomach issues if you do try getting the meat from another source and see how you react to it

it doesnt need to be fermented you can drink if fresh if you prefer but fermenting makes it easier to digest and gives you more bacteria which is good for your gut

Isn't fermenting like sludge, though? Eugh, that makes my stomach just hiss at that. IDK, but to me fermentation of milk is gross, man. Also, I should say this, does weight lifting actually work with this? I'm a gymcel, but Goatis says that exercise is bad for you (which I doubt). So is this a confliction?

i agree with him that its bad far you but yes it does work with it. youll be getting more nutrients which is ofc important if you want to grow muscle. update me on how you feel after some time
