Unless you're literally starving, or alternatively force-feeding yourself to death, caloric intake alone isn't going to affect all that much unless you're actually missing out on nutrients

Seriously, I feel hungry all the time. I eat around 2000-2500 calories but man, I always want more afterwards. I have a decent metabolism but it's so slow
I eat organic stuff, ezekial bread and chicken breasts. Apparently, the carnivore diet and RAWcarnivore diet are better but I don't really know why? Like, can anyone here tell me reason why specifically cutting out all carbs and veggies is better? Anyway, I do workout, but if I eat anymore then 2500 I gain weight despite being hungry. What a pain in the rear end.
