I just came home from the gym after hitting it for two hours. Of course I had to take the bicycle there since I do not have a driver licence. It also did rain lightly outside. I was almost alone within the gym. It was only three other men there during my whole session. Now, I will be enjoying two raw eggs and two protein quarks though.
