Inability to maintain long term goals/habits is killing me

Every summer (I base my life around academic years BRUTAL) I analyse how the year went and realise I completely wasted it. Literally every year of my life. Main reasons IMO are:

>I am too lazy/cowardly to do anything out of the norm (norm being bedrotting)
>I have subhuman genetics and social skills
>Any time I start a good habit (exercising for the most part) I dropnit within 3 months often less thus making no progress
>Zero organisation/scheduling so I always miss ‘events’


Because I never fix these issues every year ends up playing out the same.

Most likely I am just too retarded to engage in real life. Even downies can do better than this.
