It’s something I was thinking about yesterday when I was in the shower, if you did this then you could beat the absolute shit out of all your bullies since you’d now be physically stronger than them. How do you think your younger self would react to an older version of you going back to take revenge on your bullies?

While I can appreciate the sentiment, time travel is a concept fraught with problems. If adult you went back in time and trashed all your bullies for you, you'd have had a different life. Your skin would be thinner, for one thing, because someone else handled your bullies for you.
I think, ultimately, a little suffering is good for the soul. It teaches you to develop empathy. Sure, I'd still want to beat the snot out of the assholes who made my life miserable, even if they did give me a tougher skin without meaning to.
But I like who I am, so I wouldn't want to mess with my own life history. Too dangerous.
