I miss smoking cigarettes already but i know im doing it for good. Hard to cope right now.

Yeah I know, but they helped me cope. I feel emptier now. Im not planning on smoking again though.

Just don't give into the thought brother. I was were you are now 1y8 months ago and I felt the same. But on the other side of the addiction the reality is different. I know it's hard to see cuz nicotine is still in your body but once your brain recovers if you let it, it becomes a lot easier to not even think about them at all. Wishing you the best genuinely
