I've seen some strenght improvements from when I started. The weights I barely complete in the 1st rep are now barely completed in the 7th rep. The issue is that you have to eat a shit load of protein or whatever. Today I ate for the whole day and calculated that I still need 30 grams more. Taking protein powder is actually disgusting but I do it regardless. I don't find the gym being an issue as much as the whole eating part

You don’t need that much of protein to build muscle, don’t listen to the soy bodybuilders.
Protein powders are also total garbage of food.

why do you wanna quit?

So do you think the strenght increase is a good sign even if there's no visible growth of the muscles? I've been working out for a month now

Yes absolutely, your muscles will grow at some point, it will probably happen suddenly and u won’t even notice.

Also, I would suggest u to eat more carbs, or especially sugar before the training, for better performance and pump. Carbs will help u build muscles significantly easier.

Truth. Those powders are genuine slop and odds are you don't need the excess protein like this guy said.

Carbs and overall Calorie surplus is the most important thing, protein is just a marketing strategy because you can't really sell carbs
