I agree with 1001 Arabian Nights that black hair and white skin is a beautiful contrast. The only group to almost never have deep black hair are Northwest Europeans. Russians and Eastern Euros are famous for the black hair, white skin, bright eyes trio. Maybe you just really like Germanic women.
