What should i do now?

How can i get disability benefit ? im not depressed surprisingly but maybe severe anxiety i havent left my house in like a year

is there any good copes?

should i just kill myself or what?

Welcome to the club. You're gonna need some diagnosis from your doctor. Maybe you have GAD? And then you take it from there.

UK looking for work government website essentially has a big button to check whether or not you qualify for disability allowance.
