Im gonna cut my neck were the main artery is so i bleed out quickly. It will be over quick and no one can save me so im a vegetable.
Very hard way to go, but doable if you get lucky and cut the right spot. Make sure to feel around with your fingers to locate the artery, otherwise, you'll be stabbing neck muscles.
Maybe trace it with a marker and bring a small mirror so you know precisely where to stab / cut.

It's a solid option since crossbows are legal and you can use some penetrating bolts. You can make a basic contraption for roping. A higher end one has typically 300 lbs of draw weight.
