Took a break for a few weeks but im going to start again to get more fresh air, sunlight and to get away from screens for some time each day. One of my biggest fears is getting bad eyesight

Ill have to start doing that aswell so i can cope more comfortably in the future. right now everything is good but im scared for when im older
