I touched 300 pounds at 6'2, I'm at 185 pounds right now, I do have stretch marks and slight lose skin but being fat is an absolute absolute death sentence.

I somehow managed to start eating under 2000 calories. I got into video games again so I'm able to eat 1600 calories. Frozen pizzas are the most satiating, weirdly enough.

I would recommend doing intermittent fasting with 16/8 but I recommend the 23/1 as it help me lost weight faster.
Also, if you doing fasting, use multivitamin as you may not enough become deficient in vitamins/mineral.
A low wet dry fasting like a few hours before sleep could help.
One to two hours exercise per days could help.
I would say get better sleep also to at least close to 7 hr.
I lost around 20+ under two months from doing all these events so I think they could help you, this year.

You already see the problem man, and there are solutions if you actually wanna stop it. Just cut carbs, eat more meat and fatty foods (of course not more than you expend) and eat actual food and not processed "food". If you don't eat a lot of carbs you'll likely get your sleep back too. If you get obese now, it will be more difficult to lose it the more you age.
