Venting I'm able to stay quiet for a very long time

I am able to stay quiet for days if I wanted to, back in highschool I never talked to anyone, not even a single word, the only time I spoke was when a teacher asked me a question, other than that I never spoke to anyone, I even went to the bathroom during breaks just to avoid people, I mainly did it to avoid bullies because sometimes they would be there and bother me
