I have a gigantic hangup/procrastination problem about the whole thing and I need accountability. I'll post here everytime my plastic surgery journey advances (called for Rdv, went to Rdv, etc). If I don't do any update in more than two weeks, please come kick my ass about it.

October 4, 2018: called a surgeon specialist of rhinoplasties, former chief of plastic surgery in a prestigious public hospital, and with numerous good reviews on google.

RDV is set for end of December. So you should expect a delay of at least three months for consultations with top surgeons. Takeaway from this is obvious: you can't get surgery on an impulse, and you should call to take Rdvs asap.

TAKE BEFORE PHOTOS for yourself.

Seriously, take as many before photos from different angles as you can. The surgeon will probably do some, but do it yourself just in case. You will need to have that contrast between before and after because otherwise you might feel unsatisfied once everything has healed up.

As as ascended surgerycel, I encourage you to go follow the plastic surgery route.

If you're a Rich-cel, you should have done it a long time ago. Until my late twenties, I could not afford plastic surgery.

October 5, 2018: called another surgeon. Rdv in 2 months. I'll go to every surgeon and then make my choice.

October 11, 2018: a friend who is an expert in plastic surgery recommended that I be very careful about the surgeon I choose. What's most important according to him is not the qualifications of the surgeon, but the number of similar surgeries he has performed in his career. Many surgeons hold prestigious titles, but provide sub-par / random results due to lack of practice.

I'll retain the RDVs I've got so far, but I think I'll have to travel to a foreign country for real, undisputed specialists in the particular surgery.
