Then, it dawned on me. A pretty obvious conclusion.

Not gonna lie, few years ago I met a ugly very short autistic guy, he kept trying to be my friends to call, send messages and so.

I tried honestly, but I understood by my own life experience that being friends With extra sub5 like him never bring good to your life.

They are ugly, do not have a good influence on you because they are as much if not more depressed than you, talk about shit that you do not care and because they are extra autistic they just can't understand that you do not give a Fuck about their autistic obsession.

The point is, of cours people are going to not reach you if they think that you are going to lower their quality of life being existing around them.

I’ve noticed this too.

I am, and always was, the person who was reaching out to someone else.

No one has ever reached out to me first.

And I was always told that I'm expected to initiate conversations with people.
When I questioned why others are not expected to initiate these things with me, I was told something like "Don't be silly" or similar.

if you want to talk/hang around/interact to someone, you should be able to do so always (ofc considering obvious and momentaneous impediments yadda yadda).

If someone isnt available/cant/dont wanna talk to you, its THEIR DUTY to say it.
