Chads would spread the disease by the dozens each, tens of thousand would die. The only safe option would be for women to fuck virgins. Not only that, but being incel-esque looking would be the only believable way women would have to tell a guy is a virgin (at least for some years after it all starts) It would be glorious.

On that bit you are right, Manlets are mostly screwed, though women are in average smaller, some might luck out and find an even smaller womanlet. As for the lesbians... quick wikipedia search yields 0.8% as lesbian and 1.4% as bisexual, I honestly think it's not that far off.
