Only approach them if they seem interested (looking at you, smiling, etc). When a woman likes you, even if they don't apporach you, they will give you signals to let you know. If they say no, DO NOT persist like the PUA's say, or you will be confronted by security and/or arrested. Women either like you our they don't.

Also, don't apply for a ban, going on a date doesn't make you a fakecel. It only makes you a fakecel if 1) you brag about it and 2) it gets sexual
