Idk, still moggs me activity-wise. I either sit 9 hour at the desk, or I lay down in my bed.

I tried to do exercise. I tried to starve myself, I tried to eat healthy and cut off sweets, it still didn't matter.

Still have manboobs, still am a wristcel, still have thin frame, still have ugly face, still autistic. It never began for me

How? With surgery?
You have a few options:
1(Recommended) : You very slowly reduce caloric intake until you reach a 500 deficit. Eat whole foods that are nutritious. Start walking and working out at home/gym. Might want to get a blood test for sexhormones (testosterone, estrodial) if you have gyno
2(If possible or after doing 1 for some time) : start cycling/running 3x30 min very slowly per week on top of that, only eat processed food/junk 1x-2x per week
3(dont do this, i just give information) : do 1+2 and take an aromatize inhibitor, look into fat burners and glp1 antagonist
