I can’t do anything right

Every time i try to do something i always fail or just fucking suck at it. I feel bad when people are trying to be nice to me but i don’t really notice so i come off as bland but then a few minutes or hours later I realize what they’re doing and then I try to be nice back but they just totally ignore me. Literally everything I try to do, I can’t get it right, even when it comes to video games. (sorry for the yapping)
