LDAR I took my antidepressants today again

I don't feel too well. My throat feels like it's clogged or like I can't swallow almost (no control over the muscles) and I'm panicking a little bit, feel really bad about myself and my OCD is in a bad state.

I stopped taking my meds and going to therapy.

Stop being an experiment for these people.

They don't care about your wellbeing they just care about their pockets.

But my mental state is really bad and I can't do anything about it regardless. I really doubt I could go thhrough the life without good meds that wouldm ake me feel better. It's a living hell. I felt bad in recent days already, TBH I've been feeling really really bad for the last few weeks. The meds only seem to make the problems more noticible.

I took my first dose today. I felt bad with my mental illnesses for the few weeks. Not because of the pills.

man fuck pills. i took really strong ones, but after i realised that the problem is not with me (so it doesn't matter if i take them or not) i started drinking on them. ugh
them nights were brutal
but i stopped doing it tho. i've been clean for like 6 months now

SSRIs only work in theory, some patients don't even have clinical depression and it's just an honest response that's mostly environmental, like how being an incel is.

IDK if this one that I'm taking is a SSRI as this one has some active chemicals that are instantly changing your mood etc. Unlike SSRIs which are meant to work after some time I think.

i honestly cant, the jews are giving me benzos, the pills are actually blue and benzos make u feel free and uninhibited
