Due to my garbo muttoid genes and autism, ive always noticed that one of my eyes kinda tilts the other way or looks 'smaller' than the other Remember, genes come in a package. Its also my right eye, and the right side of my brain is the part I feel is the defective part and could probably be the part in my brain where my autism and general mental illness may originate.
