At least once a month I'm coughing up some solid matter I can't quite identify and have also been coughing up bloody phlegm as well. Pretty sure it's from being a smoker since 14 and vaping since 30, and quite frankly, I could care less. Only thing that gets me quite frankly, is that whatever it is, it needs to hurry the fuck up, because I am literally sick and tired of breathing. That is all.
