My mom taught me at 16 how to tie my shoes and ever since then I've forgotten and its brutal I cannot learn now its over.

I am autistic af bought new shoes and can't tie the laces gigaover.

Luckely I have been taught that in my childhood otherwise I would have the same problem.
Learning basic knowledge as an adult is pretty much impossible and the world hates you for your incompetence
