Brutal I probably spend more time on my phones than normies

I shit talk a lot things about modern society, including smartphone zombieism.

Yet, I probably do it more than foids/normies. As soon I wake up I'm on my phone.

I go for runs daily and even then I'm checking my phone every 30 seconds, just run more slowly to browse shit because running is boring.

The difference is that I go on discord and other apps, and including this site in which I am typing this on the phone in the street.
