I have always had kid tier forearms, I never liked gymceling because I look ridiculous with huge biceps/triceps attached to these pathetic forearms, I became obsessed with training them and started rock climbing to maximize my gains… That was a BIG mistake, after two month of training I have injured my left wrist instead, I wasn even training that hard, I was paying attention to not over train and do it slowly and safely. It still didn’t matter, I just dont have the genetics for putting all my body weight on one hand…
