I have always had kid tier forearms, I never liked gymceling because I look ridiculous with huge biceps/triceps attached to these pathetic forearms, I became obsessed with training them and started rock climbing to maximize my gains… That was a BIG mistake, after two month of training I have injured my left wrist instead, I wasn even training that hard, I was paying attention to not over train and do it slowly and safely. It still didn’t matter, I just dont have the genetics for putting all my body weight on one hand… :feelsbadman:

As an incel, you can’t ever win, I was the happiest in my life since I started this sport, it gave meaning to my life but that’s fucking over :blackpill::fuk:

Forearms can only grow so much. Its down to your wrist size. Mine are 7 inches so i look stupid with a big upper arm and skinny forearms.

:feelsrope:

Maybe the rocks didn't like your personality? :foidSoy::foidSoy::foidSoy:

You need to be very robust in your musculature and bone structure to succeed in adventure sports like rock climbing. Rock climbing in particular is very taxing on the body. It uses all the muscles in your body with special emphasis on your core, back, and glutes. I knew of a guy in my college who was just around my height but his lats and forearms were fucking huge from rock climbing. Its all genetics really. Here's one of his pics:

women can climb similarly well, it's mostly about strengh weight ratio

especially if you are a gymcel you're gonna be too heavy to climb

I got to the top on some rock climbing things before, haven’t rock climbed in years though.

The forearm pill destroyed my soul
Can kinda relate to your post tbh, I gymcelled for years until I was strong enough to lift heavy weights, yet I'm still absolute shit at anything that ends with climbing
