I need jaw surgery

The surgery I want will cost me $10k at lest and I have. $40 saved which isn’t even enough for consultations.

I need more surgeries on my eyes and nose too. Hopefully one day I’ll get them all and actually get to the point where I can enjoy life.

Jaw Angle Implants should also be considered, its the only surgery that can improvr your gonial angle

Yes implants are a necessary options as well. Some things can't be achieved with jaw surgery like enhancing the jawline. Chin wing won't give anywhere near as good result as a solid custom implant will.
