I need a structural rhinoplasty with alar base reduction and removal of excess soft tissues on and around the tip to “ascend” from 0.9 to 2.5 / 10. Then I would need a ccw bimax with sliding genioplasty to fix the visual consequences of wisdom teeth removal ( alveolar bone loss) , then I would need to fix my skin (isotretenoin + fractional therapy). But unfortunately for me I will most likely never be able to achieve a human looking nose because I have thick skin on my nose. And with this condition you will never achieve desireable results. Also, because of thick skin my nose is easily inflammable and easily swollen. If I scratch it for 10 seconds, after several minutes it becomes red and swollen as if I had a rhinoplasty a week ago. Acne on my nose also doesn’t not help, my nose is always fucking swollen. It is so round and fat. Meanwhile my 6’8 group mate who looks pretty similar to me (but his nose is normal) brags how he fucked his girlfriend yesterday. Clown world
