32 minutes, to be exact. Felt good.

It had been several weeks since I last ran because, basically, I've been depressed again and wanting to self-delete some days. Glad to get back on track.

Remember that you should exercise regardless of whether it will make a difference in your chances of ascending and your social interactions in general.

I've never exercised a day in my life.

Very nice brocel.
I'm only able to do the bare minimum at the moment because of the blues. If I can do just 15 minutes then I'm happy.

Anything is much better than nothing. You’ll be able to do more over time.

I'm 100lbs overweight. I literally can't even run. I went for an hour long walk the other day and it nearly killed me. I had to take rests along the way and my body was aching all over the next day.

Walking is amazing.

yeah running even when you strain yourself out should feel good afterwards, though i don’t recommend straining yourself too hard and approach a run lightly especially at first

nothing wrong with taking rests and aches can be unpredictable more often than not compared to the ratio of the hurdle of your displayed drive

It's just the body adapting to change and years of being sedentary. But it's addictive and feels good, I want to do it again. We're so habitual, I am anyway. If only I'd made the slightest effort in the past. Because you make the slightest effort to do something once or twice and you innately want to do it again and again.

true, i’ll have to try going out again as well just to reignite at least the spark nothingness where you rebuild it from scratch, at least from since i last even remembered. very nice
